Defibrillator Map

Locations of defibrillators

This map shows the locations of defibrillator units within the council area to help residents understand their distribution. It also shows locations submitted by other local councils to build up a national map.

Please note, this map is not definitive and may contain errors. It should not be used for emergency purposes.

In case of emergency, dial 999.

WHERE’S YOUR NEAREST?

Mark village is fortunate to have a total of 5 accessible defibrillators within the Parish, 2 of which are sponsored  by the Parish Council and 3 others provided by local businesses.

Make a note of where your nearest is, it may well help save a life one day.

Locations

  •  Mark Village Hall, Vole Road, TA9 4NY – There is a Bleed Kit situated next to the defibrillator

  •  Amesbury & Puddy, Church Street, TA9 4NF – a second Bleed Kit is at this location

  • Combes Cider Farm, Junction of The Causeway & Harp Road, TA9 4QD

  • Griffin Toilet Hire, Laurel Farm, The Causeway, just past Mark First School, on the right hand side heading out of the village,  TA9 6PZ  (Accessible working hours only)

  • Rich’s Cider Farm, on the B3139, far end of The Causeway, just beyond the Watchfield junction, TA9 4RD

The machines are self-guiding and therefore specific training is not required in their use. Though, to encourage familiarity, training sessions are held annually at the village hall and will be advertised in the Parish Magazine and on village Notice Boards.
